| The first 2 pictures are from their 47th anniversary early in the summer. (I made them kiss - it was a reenactment of a fabulous photo I found of them from decades earlier. They so cute.) The bonfire picture was taken the week before Labour Day when Judy & Denny & I went to their trailer. We practically had the entire campground to ourselves. It was a sweet, peaceful time and I thank God immensely for that day. Peace, eh! Terry <>< |

It's actually TWO separate mazes but even with the picture everyone is clueless. See the entrance on the bottom right? Well the 1st left enters Maze 1 and the 1st right enters Maze 2. I took the left at Albuquerque (O_o) Peace, eh! Terry <>< |

With #nsonline starting up soon I find it hard to believe that you are questioning the origin of your stress?! Anywho...I run a perpetual gammut of symptoms when stressed. Seriously. I'm a worrier. I worry about everyone and everything...always. It's the way God made me and I'm thankful for it. At least I've learned to be thankful for it. Stress might actually keep me motivated to help wherever I can. That's just a theory though, no factual evidence exists.
So I engage with the usual suspects: It means I'm such a light sleeper that I hear the grass grow and when I do manage to catch a few winks, I tend to clench my teeth. Apparently that's much worse than grinding but requires the same brace, or horses' bit, if you will. My right eyelid twitches convulsively and THAT can appear highly inapporporiate at inopportune times. (looks like I'm flirting) However, if the left eyelid joins in then call my lawyer because that means rage is involved as well and you're goin' down sucka!
I also get knots in my upper back and shoulder/neck area. I used to have an awesome masseure but he was just using massage therapy to pay for his ambulance attendant program and no longer practices, or lives for that matter, in the area. I'll tell ya this though, when I'm finished college, my plan (God willing) is to end up moving to the city he is in. I'm not moving there because of him but I WILL be looking him up. (for massage therapy only now...the dude is married)
At the risk of throwing off your impressive opinion of my stress management skills, I suppose I should add that I also have bleeding ulcers that I have to keep in check. And my diet has always been in question and can lead to the occasional stress-related headache. It's shocking that I never get canker sores. That is all that's left!
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER ALERT: It is necessary to inform the reader that these are all symptoms experienced since I surrendered my heart to Jesus. Before the Lord came into my life...well...um...let's just look at the positive here and say I've downgraded from anger management issues to stress management issues; where I once retained 3 lawyers I now have one. After all, like the late, great Roseanne Roseannadana said, "It's always something!" |
